The Problem We Solve
Most productivity apps help you organize your tasks. Execution Coach helps you do them. We built the app because we noticed a pattern: ambitious people spend hours planning perfect weeks, then abandon those plans by Tuesday. The problem was never the plan - it was the execution.
Traditional task managers measure what you wrote down. Execution Coach measures what you actually did. That shift - from tracking intent to tracking follow-through - changes everything.
How It Works
Every morning, you brain dump everything on your plate in about 2 minutes. AI generates a complete time-blocked schedule with deep work blocks, breaks, admin time, and buffer periods. Then you execute the plan using the built-in focus timer. At the end of the day, your execution score (0-100) tells you exactly how well you followed through.
When you hit resistance - procrastination, overwhelm, avoidance - the AI coach (Jolt) gives you a tactical push based on your actual plan. Not generic motivation. A specific next step to get moving.
